By using the Worldpay mobile application (the "App") provided by Worldpay Services (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The Company intends that users will be able to use the App's features on an anonymous basis. You acknowledge and agree that Worldpay is not responsible for any errors or omissions in transactions you initiate through the Service, including, but not limited to, using any incorrect address or losing your private key.
How Your Wallet Works: Your assets are held in your Worldpay account "as designed" and recorded on the cryptocurrency blockchain. You can use the software on your mobile phone to send and receive cryptocurrency through the cryptocurrency blockchain network.
In no event shall Worldpay Services or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Worldpay Services, even if Worldpay Services or a Worldpay Services authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
Lightning Wallet: While cryptocurrency wallets are self-hosted, as mentioned above, the Worldpay Lightning Wallet can be self-hosted or hosted by the Worldpay service. This means that the Worldpay service has full access to all data and information sent and received by this hosted service. The hosted Lightning Wallet should be used as an experimental feature for entertainment purposes and software development. By using this service, you agree to use it only for the stated purpose and not for commercial purposes. Therefore, any funds stored in your Lightning Wallet in the Worldpay application are at risk of loss due to a security breach or other attack, and the company will not compensate you. However, we will make every effort to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place and adhered to. We strongly recommend that you maintain a small balance (less than $50) in your Lightning Wallet at all times. For larger balances, we recommend maintaining a cryptocurrency wallet in Worldpay and loading/replenishing your Lightning Wallet as needed.
BYWallet Services may modify these Terms of Service for its website at any time without prior notice. By using the service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
